The Landing Lawrence has some exciting things in store for you! We have started renovations and are working on making The Landing the most desired place to live! We listened to what our residents were saying and are excited to have the following improvements on the clubhouse in the works and slated to open in 2025!

Most 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments will be converted to 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartments
Brand new furniture package in all apartments (new bed frames, mattresses, desks, desk chairs, nightstands, dressers, couches, entertainment stands, end tables, etc.)
New hard-surface flooring in all apartments
New stainless steel kitchen appliances in all apartments (electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher)
New designer kitchen cabinet package and upgraded cabinets in bathrooms
New stone countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms
Installation of upgraded mobile access control system for resident front doors and amenity spaces
Expanded and improved fitness center
Expanded resident lounge with coffee bar
Upgraded computer lab and printing station
Refreshed and improved pool deck and furniture with the addition of outdoor games
